What’s covered by our call-out service?

Customers usually call us if their fuse board keeps tripping, they’ve drilled through a wire or are experiencing a power cut (but their neighbours still have electricity). However, we can help resolve most domestic electric emergencies and carry out fault finding.

How much does it cost?

A minimum charge of £80 + VAT will apply to all call outs. 

This minimum charge covers up to 1 hour of work and applies to all call outs. If your call out takes longer than an hour, you will be charged £80 + VAT for every additional hour of work carried out. If you need further work which requires us to return at a later date we will quote you for this.

What areas are covered?

Our one-hour radius covers: Wraysbury, Windsor, Eton, Egham, Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Longcross, Ascot, Chertsey, Addlestone, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Feltham, Heathrow, Slough and West Drayton.
